Your Privacy Choices

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners. We do this in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our privacy policy.

Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered "sales", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please follow the instructions below.

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt-out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or other uses that may be considered targeted advertising for the device and browser you used to visit our website.

In the event of inclement weather or temperatures below 32°F, we will contact you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled mobile appointment to confirm whether adequate coverage and heat are available to safely complete the job.

If proper conditions are not available, the vehicle will need to be brought into our shop, or the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date. Mobile installations cannot be completed in rainy or misty conditions or when temperatures are below freezing, as these conditions may negatively affect the quality and safety of the installation.

Most glass replacements typically take 30–60 minutes when everything goes smoothly. However, if unexpected issues arise, the process could take longer.

Your technician will keep you informed and let you know if additional time is needed.

After your glass replacement, please allow up to 30 minutes before driving your vehicle. This waiting period helps prevent the glass from shifting out of place and allows the adhesive to properly set and begin curing.

In most cases, light rain or snow is fine, but if possible, avoid driving in heavy rain or snowy conditions for at least 3–4 days after the replacement to ensure the adhesive fully sets and the glass remains secure.

We recommend ADAS calibration to help ensure your vehicle’s safety systems are functioning properly after glass replacement. ADAS calibration will require additional scheduling and/or cost, depending on your vehicle.

If you choose not to proceed with calibration, you have the option to decline this service through the Customer Authorization Form.

Your technician or service representative can help determine if your vehicle requires ADAS calibration.

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all glass replacements. This warranty covers air leaks, water leaks, and workmanship.

Please note, the warranty does not cover new damage such as cracks, chips, or other impacts that occur after the installation. See Warranty page for details.

At this time, we do not work directly with insurance, but this option will be available soon. We will keep our customers updated as this service becomes available.
