Lifetime Glass Replacement Warranty
- Water Leaks – This covers any visible water entering the cabin due to the installation. For windshields and back glass, leaks usually appear from the top or sides of the glass, while for door glass, leaks often occur where the glass meets the seal at the top.
- Workmanship – This includes any errors or damage caused during installation by our technicians.
We want you to feel confident and secure with your glass replacement, which is why we provide a lifetime warranty on all installations. This warranty is designed to cover issues directly related to the installation and quality of the glass.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Air Leaks – This refers to any unwanted air entering your vehicle around the glass. For windshields, this usually presents as a whistling noise near the bottom of the glass, while for door glass it is typically heard near the top of the glass while driving at any speed. Air leaks are rarely an issue with back glass.
- Water Leaks – This covers any visible water entering the cabin due to the installation. For windshields and back glass, leaks usually appear from the top or sides of the glass, while for door glass, leaks often occur where the glass meets the seal at the top.
- Workmanship – This includes any errors or damage caused during installation by our technicians.
What Happens if an Issue Occurs:
If you notice any problems with your glass, please contact us immediately. A technician will either:
- Visit your vehicle to inspect the issue, or
- Request that the vehicle be brought into our shop for further testing.
If the problem is covered under the warranty, the glass will be replaced or reinstalled at no cost to you.
Important Note for Vehicles with Sunroofs:
In some cases, water leaks in vehicles with sunroofs may originate from clogged sunroof drains, which can allow water to enter the cabin and may appear to come from the windshield or other glass. If a leak occurs, we will perform the necessary testing to determine the cause and ensure the correct solution is applied.
